Flying out of Ogdensburg couldn't be easier. Pull up and drop off, go park car with a minute walk at most to terminal, go inside and there is the gate and TSA. If one has a problem walking, this airport is the shortest ever. I have flown 5 times to Sanford and back(non-stop 2hr 40minutes). Baggage claim is right inside the terminal and 15 minutes or so and you are gone. The bridge to Canada is 2 miles from airport and hardly any wait time at customs.
This is the crown jewel of the north country!
It was relatively inexpensive for a Canadian resident to fly to Boston. However, with a fee for parking at $8.00 a day US funds. , The cost has gone up. Reconsider flying out of Ottawa to Boston.
