Slow service. Lowes has really scaled back on their customer service. Most employees are not very knowledgeable on products and services.
Never offered assistance or even greeted by 1 of the 6 associates I walked by. The item I was looking for wasn't priced and to finish off the experience the cashier's body language and attitude reflected exactly how much she enjoys her job, which was not at all.
They did a wonderful job of helping me with the redesign of my kitchen I have nothing but praise for the kitchen design team job well done old kichen white new on hickey
