The lady in charge is mean and ruthless even when you are standing right in front of her, I could go on but I think the point is made. If you are hard core and want some entertainment try it. If your looking for service go anywhere else, it couldn't be worse .
I have used The Corporate Center's services many times in 2014 without a hitch until now. A package was delivered and signed by one of their staff yet, after two months, they still haven't found the package. I confirmed the name, address, and tracking number with the sender and it was all correct. My package is sitting somewhere in their warehouse but they can't find it!... or won't. I'm not sure which one it is at this point.
But seriously Corporate Center, if you are reading this, GET SOME SHELVES AND LEARN HOW TO SORT. It's not rocket science. Both my son and daughter said that given one or two overnight shifts, the two of them could have done a decent job of organizing the place.
No compensation has been offered to date. My suggestion to have a look myself after the holidays was met with frustration from the staff.
I have told many people to stop using the UPS store and start using The Corporate Center, but I'm afraid I can no longer recommend their service in any way shape or form. It seems that just like the UPS store they have far exceeded their capacity.
This is the absolute worst place you could ever deal with, it was so bad dealing with the owner that we had to call the police to retrieve our parcels, and did .The state trooper warned the woman in charge that should she continue in her abusive manner he would arrest her.
I am very very disappointed with their service. My family went Dec 19th (mid week) for the second time to get 3 packages that the Corporate Center couldn't find the week before. It took almost 4 hours for my wife, son and daughter to find their packages, and get this, they had to look for them on their own. The staff could not find the packages, nor did they have any record of them. After several hours of searching through unorganized piles in the back, my family did manage to find our packages. Others in line were not so lucky. The Corporate Center staff is fortunate that the line was comprised of polite Canadians, because it could have easily become and angry mob.
If you need a package between February and October, you'll probably be okay, but anywhere near Christmas, stay away.
I have used their service about 10 times in the past year and I am very satisfied with them. They always locate my packages quickly and are very polite to deal with. They don't charge extra if you leave your packages with them for more than one week.
