Nice store with a pleasant staff. Have a pretty good selection to choose from. I would stop here again if I was in the area.
Well I always go to this store and buy sneakers and I have my olympia card .
Employees constantly follow you around the store in Ogdensburg as if you're going to steal! Cannot feel comfortable & even look around. Definitely do my Olympia shopping in Massena, I think it is the best of them in area.
Well today I went to purchase sneakers for my son and i. The young man who got the sizes I wanted was very nice and knew what I wanted. I went to pay for the items and usually the person at the counter will at least ask if I have an Olympia edge card. The girl named Alyssa would rather chat with the person ahead of us and do the bare minimum in communication with me. She was very rude and said "I haven't rang them up yet" instead of saying something like give me just a minute while I ring them up. Her whole attitude was like she didn't even want to be there.
