Great friendly staff. Caring, gentle doctors and techs. Very reasonable prices.
I go there for one reason - the prices. A small dog dental cleaning cost about $150 there, whereas my Canadian vet wanted nearly $600. The savings make the trip worth it. The Town & Country was well reviewed by veterinarian review sites, and I have had no complaints after visiting there for over six years now. As far as I can tell, you get the same quality of professional care at much lower prices. Its a no-brainer for me.
Best vet experience ever. They are friendly and seem to really care about the animals. I have no reservations at all about taking my animals here. The prices are MUCH better than what we pay in Canada as well.
Very friendly staff. While chatting with them, learned that 3/4 of their clientele are from Canada. It didn't surprise me at all after I received quotations over $700 including tax for spaying my dog in Canada. They did same thing for $155 in here. It's not comparable!!!
I live in Ottawa, Canada, and I have been taking my pets to Town & Country for years, now. In fact, when you pull into the parking lot, at least half of the license plates are from Ontario.
Tammy is an awesome receptionist, can't say the same for the other one working there. Yes their prices are lower than in Canada, but when you have to actually ask the vet to check their heart, their teeth/mouth and ears, is it really worth it? They were great a few years ago and I couldn't praise them enough but now that they are busier, just seems to me the one on one time is short and not as thorough. Unfortunate but I've recently had all the files transferred to a vet in Brockville Ontario that has reasonable prices.
