3. Twice they have completely LOST my packages. There was no dispute - they acknowledged they received the package, but they could not find it, perhaps because of Item 2, above. One time was a $300 camera, the other was $20 memory card. In both cases, I reported the shipment lost or stolen to Amazon, who refunded my purchase price. It worries me that parcels just "go missing" at UPS, especially high value items.

I am a Canadian who does a lot of cross-border shopping. I used to use the UPS store for my pick-ups, but no longer. I have had too many problems with them. I use a competitive service that is much better organized.

1. The line-ups are long, sometimes insane around Christmas time. This is in part because of the next item.

Amazing service! I went to send out my wedding invitations, a few days later they told me there was a problem with the postage and they offered to stamp all 120 envelopes for me as i live an hour away. That's going above and beyond! Thank you so so much!!

2. They keep all their packages in the back, which is fine, but they have a poor indexing system (if at all), because it takes anywhere from 3-20 minutes to locate your parcels. That means more time per person, which makes the line-ups longer and slower.

The one good thing UPS has (why I give them two stars instead of 1) is you can ship returns from there, which is convenient. That is the only good thing I can say about this store.

I'm not one to take to google to write a review, but I had to take the time to say that the staff at this UPS location are amazing. They are friendly, personable, and extremely helpful. I've had nothing but great experiences at this location, they make the cross-border trip worthwhile. Would recommend to anyone close to the American border that needs to grab something that does not ship to Canada-A+ experience

I come from Toronto to Pick up my shipments.. Service is perfect.. Great staff... I strongly recommend this place...
